So you’ve been at it for 12 weeks or more now and you have finally reached your goals. Well Done! So now what? Do I keep training really hard and eating what I have been? Do I take a break? What do I do now? I don’t won’t all my hard work to go to waste!

Don’t worry these are all really common concerns and it’s actually really good that you are thinking about it now. So many people bust their butt, train hard, eat well and finally achieve that body they have always dreamed of only to put it all back on in a matter of weeks! What happened! Let me tell you maintenance can be harder than actually losing the weight as when you are actually losing weight, you have a specific goal and direction. You have a plan and you simply follow the plan and changes start to happen, although when we finally reach our goals we feel a little lost and it can be quite confusing as to what to do from here. I know as I have been there, after successfully completing my 12 week journey I managed to put it all back on in a matter of months, why, because I hadn’t really learnt how to maintain my new figure, was I meant to diet forever?

This is why all of our programs focus on establishing healthy habits and teaching you the why and how to make this a way of life. One of the most crucial aspects is your MIND, if you do not believe that you deserve to be this fit and healthy person that you have become then you will subconsciously stop yourself from staying there. So step number one is to believe you deserve this and it can now be a way of life.

The idea of the maintenance program is to really set you up so that you have the knowledge and power to keep this new fit and healthy body of yours. You will learn how to reintroduce your favourite foods and find balance with your exercise.

Your maintenance program will involve a lot of input from yourself as the key is for you to gain skills so you can feel confident making healthy nutrition choices and changing your training plan. We will be here to guide and supportthrough your transition from fat loss to maintenance.

So if you think you are worth it, take the extra time to follow through on the maintenance program. You haven’t worked this hard not too!
