What services do your offer?
We offer a range of programs starting from 4 weeks through to 12 Weeks. All programs are personalised and you can choose if you want full support. Programs are suitable for people of any age, weight or size as every program is tailored to your needs.

How do I get started?
If you are ready to change your life and body for good, simply fill in the questionnaire and email it to: hilde@getactiveonline.com. Once we have received your questionnaire and confirmation of payment we can start working on your program and you can be ready to go in as little as a couple of days, no waiting for set start dates!
What payment methods do you offer?
Get Active Online accept payments made through Paypal or Direct Deposit. Payment details can be found at the bottom of the individual program pages.
I don't have a gym membership. Can I still do a program and get results?
You sure can! We have many clients who live on stations or in isolated areas who do all their training at home. If you want BIG results it would be beneficial to have some adjustable dumbbells and a fit ball although you can still lose fat by including a great resistance workout using your body weight. Remember, this is your program so you need to make it work for you.
How do you guarantee results?
If you follow your nutrition & training plan, don’t skip any of your training sessions & eat according to plan, YOU WILL GET RESULTS. To be eligible for the Money back guarantee you will need to keep an ACCURATE food and training diary & fill in your feedback form EVERY week. If you haven’t got results in 6 weeks we will happily give you a full refund!
I’ve got a lot of weight to lose, is this program suitable for me?
Yes, we quite often have clients do 2-3 12 week programs before they reach their goal.
What sort of support do I receive?
If you choose a Full Support Program it includes unlimited support. This means you will need to submit weekly feedback although can email us whenever you have a question or need some additional support without waiting for your weekly feedback.
We have a small team and deal directly with most of our clients which allows us to keep our costs low.
Do I need to buy lots of supplements to follow your program?
No. Supplements can be beneficial once you have established some healthy eating habits and are into a good training routine, although not essential for great results. You may find a protein shake handy when out and about but it is not an essential part of any program and it's your choice if you want to include any supplements.
Do I have to cook up special meals?
No, all the food included in the program is food that the whole family can eat. The main difference will be that you will be controlling your portion sizes and limiting some of the extras. I personally don’t love cooking so have included lots of simple meals to make it easy for everyone.
Can I still have a drink and be social?
You sure can! Obviously, if your primary goal is fat loss then you would want to limit your drinking and treats, although it is important to not feel deprived and as such a regular treat meal will be included. Some clients may even have the option of a couple of drinks on a couple of nights throughout the week. Remember, IT’S YOUR PROGRAM so you need to work out what level of change you are prepared to make and be realistic about your commitment.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, you just need to tell us your dietary requirements and we can tailor the 6 or 12 Week program to your needs.
How are you different to other Online Personal Trainers?
Get Active Online is run by Cameron and Myself and as such we can offer a really personalised affordble service. We do not limit how much you can email us and you do not have to pay extra for full support.
