
Doing a 12 week challenge is such a great way to kick start yourself into a healthy lifestyle and the results in 12 short weeks are mind blowing. For anyone contemplating a total mind and body make-over this is such a great way to start. Find what works for you, get what ever support you need, read articles in health and fitness magazines and just go for it. What have you got to lose?
