Hilde & Cameron from Get Active Online were my saviours! They told me all about the 12 week challenge and how I could get a plan that was designed just for me. Up to this point I'd tried everything else, so I thought I might as well give it a go. I thought because of my age I wouldn't be able to make any big changes, WOW was I wrong! Not only did I get a plan that I could fit into my life, they helped keep me motivated throughout and I have learnt so much more about nutrition. I no longer use the word "can't" because I know "I CAN". I never believed that I could look or feel this fantastic at 51!
