GOALS FOR 12 WEEK POST BABY BLITZ CHALLENGE
- Lose 10kg (5kg to reach pre-pregnancy weight)
- Lose 60cm from various sites
- Run 10km
- ENJOY THE JOURNEY, BE CONSISTENT, TRAIN HARD, EAT WELL BUT STILL ENJOY LIFE
Still going! Stuggling a bit with tiredness lately but other than that still going ok.
TRAINING LAST WEEK:
1 X 7.5km JOG
1 X RUNNING INTERVAL SESSION
1 X BIKE INTERVAL SESSION
1 X RPM
1 X INCLINE POWERWALK
1 X PRAM WALK
2 X WEIGHT SESSIONS
NUTRITION:
Pretty good while Cam was away although once he came home I got a bit relaxed and a few too many little extras started to creep in. (it's great when you're home alone as you can't sneak out to the shops when bubs is asleep and if there is nothing bad in the house you can't be tempted!)
WEIGHT LOSS: 1kg – 4.5kg this challenge and & 17kg since being pregnant!
LOST 4CM – 22cm so far.
HARDEST THINGS SO FAR:
- Dealing with the lack of sleep that comes with a baby and not letting it stop me from training and eating well.
-Fighting the sugar cravings and urge to be lazy when I'm tired!
-Getting to a comfy place and pushing through.
My progress may seem slow but it's quite amazing the changes that just 5kg can make. I'm actually pretty happy with my progress as I've been consistently moving forward and doing it all while looking after Braden and running a business. I have to keep reminding myself to not be too hard on myself and so I'm actually pretty proud of what I've achieved so far. The best thing of all is that I'm still enjoying the process and not feeling like life has to stop for me to reach my goals.
Have a fabulous week.
Cheers, Hilds

1).
Do you realise that is 8, yes 8 sessions in one week!!! So no, dont be hard on yourself, that's an amazing effort and you're an absolute role model to us 'normal' people. If you can achieve that with your life as full as it is then we have no excuse to slack off or take the easy route. Well done.
