I'm back!
So what’s been happening?
Well I’ve been on a lovely month long holiday which was fantastic! It was so nice to spend a whole month with my two favourite men (Cam & Braden) and not have to worry about the normal daily tasks. I did still keep working but just being away and in a different environment was lovely. We started out in Adelaide for Chrissy and then it was off to Thailand for three weeks.
So after a month of living the high life it was time to get back to reality and we made the nightmare journey home. It turned out we were stuck in Thailand a few extra days as there were no seats on the flight we were hoping to get. So after finally getting some seats out of Thailand we did the 9 hour flight . . .

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Wow another year gone! I must say 2011 was a pretty good year for me. I got to enjoy a year off flying and spent it with Braden, I got my body back after having a baby & rewarded myself with a Photoshoot, I did the City2Surf Run in Sydney and I got into the Top 10 of the Oxygen Covergirl comp plus I got to spend lots of time with my wonderful hubby Cam & the rest of my family!
So overall it was a GREAT year and I’m hoping 2012 will be just as good if not better.
The plan for 2012 is to enjoy as much time with Cam & Braden as possible while trying to juggle work, training and everything else that comes along. Normally come New Years I have set quite a few goals for myself although this year I’ . . .

WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK?
So it’s time to get serious and take a good look at your habits and honestly ask yourself what’s stopping you! Most of the time there is just a couple of things that we hang on to and are too scared to change that stop us from achieving our goals. I know for me my big weakness is sweets! Put some chocolate or cake in front of me and my mouth starts watering! Whereas you could put some chips, cheese and crackers around me and I could take it or leave it. I’ve also learnt that once I have the really sweet stuff it’s hard for me to stop. I’ve now learnt to buy just what I need and tough it out afterward when I just want more. Although there is still the odd occasion that I go overboard or too many of the little extras start creep . . .

IMPROVING FITNESS
Wow, I'm really noticing how much my fitness is improving! It's amazing when you are not actively trying to increase your fitness but instead I'm just doing what I need to do to ensure I can complete the Loch Ness Marathon. Today I had to do my 2 hour jog and it felt good! . . .
