You might be on the countdown to Christmas, well I'm on the countdown to ABS. There is just over 6 weeks left of the year and I want to finish it off feeling amazing!!
In December we are heading to Adeladie for Christmas and then off to Thailand straight afterwards and I want to go away feeling GREAT.
I know that our holiday will include heaps of time in the pool so I want to make sure that the Bikini looks good.
So in saying that I'm going to work REALLY hard the next 6 weeks to ensure I reach my goals and feel great. I'll be blogging weekly with my progress and updating the Facebook page daily with how I've gone.
