WE'RE HERE!

Yeah finally we made it to Thailand! We arrived into Bangkok late Sunday night and went straight to the hotel, only to wake up the next morning to the news of riots in Bangkok. So after much deliberation we decided to get out of the city and head down to the beach just in case things got really bad and we got stuck in the city all week. It was actually hard to leave the hotel as it is our favourite in Bangkok and we had been given an awesome room upgrade, so after a quick visit to the gym and a swim in the pool we were all packed and ready to go again!

We arrived down the beach on Monday and have just been settling in and finding our way around. We are staying with Cam's parents at their condo on the beach and it's a great setup, awesome views, great pool and a nice little thai beach restaurant out the front (when I say restaurant I mean plastic chairs and a few umbrellas scattered around, just perfect).

So as I promised myself we have been going to the gym each day. It's actually nice to get up have breakfast and some coffee on the balcony and make our way to the gym whenever we feel like it, no rushing in Thailand.

So I'm sitting here contemplating heading over to the gym, it's quite hard actually as you get very, very relaxed quite quickly, but I just know I'll feel a million dollars after hitting the gym and I'll be set for another great day.

The plans for today are gym, pool, reading, yummy thai food on the beach, pool, reading, maybe afternoon snooze, sunset drinks and out for dinner, mmmm perfect day!

Anyway time for another coffee to get me ready for my torture leg session and interval.

Hope eveyone is well and getting back on track after Easter.
