KATE – WEEK 1
PROGRESS: 600g Loss
TRAINING: All training completed plus some extra cardio. Kate managed to complete her 5km jog in 43minutes and 14 seconds and jogged for 25 minutes without stopping.
NUTRITION: Overall ok although a few extras slipped in during the week.
OBSTACLES: Pulled the medial ligament in her left ankle while at home. This means Kate will be out of action for a couple of weeks and will have to find other ways to continue to make progress. As you can imagine Kate is very frustrated although by no means does it mean she cannot make some great changes. It just means Kate’s nutrition is going to become more important than ever and she will have to find alternatives to her usual exercises.
Kate’s tip this week: “There are No excuses, if you want this!”
