That seems to be what's happening at the moment. One minute I'm complaining I'm bored and the next I haven't got a minute to scatch myself. Oh well I wanted it to be busy so here it is.
After writing my blog on Thursday and complaining how bored I was not flying I got the call to head to Sydney for the night. So instead of crawling into bed for a nana nap I was getting ready to fly all over the place only to get into my hotel room at 11pm! To say I was a tired was an understatement, although I survived it as you always do.
Anyway on the topic of all or nothing it seems to describe so many peoples personality. It seems most people go from either doing everything or nothing. Health and fitness is a prime example of this as so many people think that unless they can give it 100% and be completley focussed they might as well not bother. Although what they don't realise is that this couldn't be further from the truth. Once you realise just doing something is better than nothing you'll be well on your way to making some great changes.
So if you are one of those people who thinks about things more than taking action, realise that even just getting out and about and exercising a bit and cutting back on a few treats is better than nothing at all.
Anyway just a quick one from me, time to get organised for my 3:30am wakeup, I'm off to the airport nice and early to hang out for a while. It means I miss out on my planned rpm and pump class but the bonus is I should get some time to get a couple of new programs out!
Have a great weekend everyone.
Cheers, Hilds

Hilds, you are so right, I am one of those all or nothing people (like you dont already know) and have to learn that as long as I are doing something and doing it consistently (with effort) I am still going to achieve the results but it may take a little longer to reach them, it is better than never reaching them at all. If I have a overindulge at a meal it doesnt mean I throw in the towel and think 'stuff it, I have tripped up might as well make the most of it. No! pick yourself back up and make sure the mext meal gets you back on track, I feel so much better for it and each time I learn a little more about myself and how to succeed!!
