12 WEEK CHALLENGE - ALISON - END OF WEEK 5

How I went this week:
This week Hilde had me email her everyday with what I was eating. This was a big turning point for me because even though I know my program, it turned out that I was not eating 100% to it. So, this week I lost .65g which is my best result yet and I have new found confidence and motivation to push on.

What training I did:
This week I did 5 cardio sessions including a Spinn (or RPM as it's called when done as a Les Mills class), hill running, HIIT on the bike, run intervals on the treadmill and an at home session. I also completed my 3 day split resitance program

How I’m feeling:
Certainly better than last week! Thanks for your email of support Lianne - it meant so much to get that :) Thanks too to anyone else that is reading and put up with me last week.

What I can do better next week:
I think just treat every day as a new day and one that has endless possibilities for perfect nutrition, hard workouts and happy moments. Cheers guys :) ali

Hilds said: WHO HOO, this week is a turning point for Ali. At a time when she could have easily given up she has kept going and it's paid off! (Ali, I'm super proud of you!).

What Ali has gone though it so common and is usually when people give up because things just aren't happening quickly enough. Ali has pushed through and it's paying off. WELL DONE.

It also shows that you might think you are eating well but even too much good food can stop you from losing fat!
