What a week it's been, I've been flatout and I'm still away but it's finished off on a real high note.

On Friday I received an email from Tenille letting me know that she is going to be in the April edition of Women's Health and Fitness Magazine as the Body Blitz Monthly winner!

Tenille, has done a sensational job at fitting in exercise, eating well, 2 kids, family and working! She should be a big motivation to lots of Mum's out there who think that they don't have time.

As you can tell I'm pretty proud of Tenille, it's so good to see someone realise what they are capable of and achieve great things. WELL DONE TENILLE!
